- Don't be afraid to shop around for the perfect exercise for you.
- Find the right exercise intensity that works for you.
- Start small at a just-right level. Not too easy, not too hard. Just right.
- Stick with your workout routine.
- On a day you feel anxious about exercising, don’t force yourself to meet your usual target. But try not to skip your session altogether.
- Have a healthy diet and eat regularly.

In this Happy Like Buddha Episode, Adewale shares 6 ways to stop overthinking.
- Notice when you are thinking too much.
- Practice Mindfulness
- Challenge negative thoughts and acknowledge that they might be exaggerated.
- Focus on problem-solving. Dwelling on problems is not helpful. Seeking solution is.
- Schedule time for reflection. If you start overthinking outside of that time, tell yourself you'll save it for later.
- Give yourself a distraction, such as an exercise, conversation, or a personal project. Most importantly, be present at that moment of distracting yourself.

The steps came down to building a happiness mindset and a winners mindset.
